So, erm, some of my May Expo plans are looking a tad… masculine? RULE 63 ALL THE THINGS.

There is currently a viral post going around about before/after make-up effects… and so here is me joining the bandwagon.

These photos are taken about a week apart.
On the left is me ‘normally’. No make-up - skin looking pretty awful, glasses, hair a mess, slouchy clothes.
On the right, I’m in cosplay, yes, but I’m also fully made-up with my hair done and photographed well.

I find this really intersting, as someone who doesn’t consider themself to be a particularly attractive person on a normal day, seeing the effect of making an effort… knowing the amount of time that went into that right image (about 2 hours). Seeing the image I show the world (on the right) compared to who I am the vast majority of the time (the left), is pretty facinating :)
